Hello, my name is Jim Goodreau, I'm an older (58) musician/producer from the Seattle/Tacoma area. I've been in love with all types of music since I was a wee little lad. It all started with the drums in 6th grade band, but quickly switched to guitar soon afterwards. Started playing in bands in the mid-nineties after moving to Seattle in 1991, spent the next decade playing in local venues. Around 1999 an opportunity to work for the first audio encoding tech company in the world took me by surprise. We built a digital audio archive with over 500,000 titles. We then would supply content to companies like I-tunes, Microsoft, and XM-Sirius. This position spawned an interest in audio production, editing and recording, I now use that experience to produce original audio tracks for various projects.
